A valued European customer approached us recently to make him a Jerusalem Coat. We are though not entirely sure if this is the correct name for such a garment, so please forgive us if we are mistaken. When he collects the coat, we will ensure, dear reader, to ask for more details so we can share with you.
At the moment, with some online investigation, we believe the coat is associated to an organisation called the Order of Saint Lazarus. With foundations in the Christian faith, they help the sick and the poor around the world. We have very much enjoyed making it, to the highest standards of Savile Row tailoring, and are grateful for the insight into the coat's association.
